The General's Wife

Kudjip had some special visitors a few weeks ago.  Dr. Warrick is one of six General Superintendents who help to lead the Church of the Nazarene.  His current duties have him presiding over the Asia Pacific region, which includes Papua New Guinea.  His wife Patty traveled with him to fulfill a life long dream of visiting PNG.  We also welcomed Mark Louw, the new AP regional director, and his wife Linda.

While the gentlemen were busy with church business, the women spent some time experiencing real life on Kudjip Station.  They toured the station, visited MK schools, and hosted a luncheon for the missionary ladies.  They also spent a day shadowing me and Erin at the hospital.  Patty and I rounded together on medical ward and then saw patients in the outpatient clinic.  It was such a privilege to share this place with her!

"For just as we share abundantly in the sufferings of Christ, so also our comfort abounds through Christ."
